Hey all,
Apparently I haven't posted anything since June 2010 when I graduated from Eastern. I wrote way back then that I created this blog as an mandatory assignment as part of my final creative writing class prior to graduation. When the class ended, I didn't know if I was going to continue my blog or not. I ended up letting the blog sit on its own for over a year, and from the statuses of many of my classmates' blogs--I can assume that they've pretty much done the same (with one exception that I can see anyway).
To be honest, I'm not sure if I'll restart my blog again. I may end up deleting it in the end. I imagine that most of my "followers" don't even visit this site anymore, and therefore, I don't know if anyone will continue to read this blog by extension. I might be better off just removing this blog. On the other hand, I might be able to use it to my advantage in the future. So, for now, I suppose I'll continue my "wait-and-see" stance.
On to the "changes" mentioned in the title: If anyone has actually been keeping tabs on me, he/she will have noticed that this post is now the only one I have. The other posts I used to have up were obviously there because I needed to post quite a bit as part of my assignment. Now that the assignment is over, there was no need for me to keep those posts up. But that's not the primary reason I removed them. One of the things I remember one of my classmates say during our quarter together was that she felt uncomfortable posting unfinished pieces online during this quarter--for that reason, she didn't post any of her work during the quarter. I, on the other hand, did. At first, it didn't really bother me. But over the years, it has started to make me a bit nervous. Unfinished or not, they're my stories that I've worked very hard on; I don't want someone taking them as their own. It's for this latter reason that I chose to remove them.
Anyway, that's the reason for this post: to let anyone know who might read this in the future that my unfinished stories have been removed from this blog, but I'm not yet sure whether I'll keep the blog itself or delete it in the future.
